Cutting Oils:
GO 101
Multipurpose light to medium pressure cutting oil that has some residual sulfur, chlorine and fat. This is our common low corrosion base stock.
GO 102
Multipurpose light to medium duty cutting oil that contains active sulfur with residual chlorine and fat. Good for ferrous metals.
GemCut 110
Multipurpose light to medium pressure cutting oil that has sulfur, fat, some residual chlorine. Use for ferrous metals.
GemCut 135
Multipurpose medium extreme pressure cutting oil that contains active sulfur with fat.
Works well for machining, threading, tapping and automatic screw machining.
GemCut 175
Multipurpose light to medium duty extreme pressure cutting oil. Contains active sulfur and chlorine for added EP properties. Good for machining, threading, tapping and automatic screw machining.
GemCut 196
Medium to heavy duty extreme pressure cutting and broaching oil. High chlorine, high sulfur and high fat content. Good for stainless steel and other hard to machine alloys.
GemCut 210
Multipurpose light to medium extreme pressure cutting oil with residual sulfur and chlorine.
Additional fat is added and it is multi-metal safe. Good for machining, threading and automatic screw machining.
GemCut 215
Multipurpose light to medium extreme pressure cutting oil that contains chlorine and inactive sulfur for added EP properties. Multi-metal safe. Works well for machining, deep hole drilling, threading, and tapping.
GemCut 235
Polymeric technology. Multipurpose medium extreme pressure cutting oil that is multi-metal safe.
Machining, deep hole drilling, gear cutting, gear cutting, threading, tapping and automatic screw machining.
GemCut 1329
Heavy duty thread cutting oil. Very dark appearance with chlorine for added EP properties.
Active sulfur and fat added for superior threading.
ISO Grade Way Lubricants:
GemWay 68
ISO Grade 68 Way Lubricant made from processed oil and highly refined virgin base stocks. Excellent lubricity and extreme pressure characteristics that are not commonly found in virgin oil way lubricants.
GemWay 150
ISO Grade 150 Way Lubricant made from processed oil and highly refined virgin base stocks. Excellent lubricity and extreme pressure characteristics that are not commonly found in virgin oil way lubricants.
GemWay 220
ISO Grade 220 Way Lubricant made from processed oil and highly refined virgin base stocks. Excellent lubricity and extreme pressure characteristics that are not commonly found in virgin oil way lubricants.
General Use Water Soluble:
GemSol 300R
General use water soluble oil made from reclaimed oil. Mixes readily with water of various hardness, while providing a stable emulsion. Very economical soluble oil for general machining and cutting. Residual oil provides lubrication to parts and fixtures.
